We are flexible in how we deal with clients and always remember that your objectives and comfort are the priority. Together we will decide how best to address your needs although generally work as follows: 


First Meeting
This meeting is at our expense and is to establish your current situation, your financial objectives and attitude towards risk. We will discuss ongoing service levels and payment options.

Research & Analysis
Once we have established all the facts and what you are looking to achieve, we will start the analysis and research process to ensure our subsequent advice matches your requirements. 


Strategic Planning Report
We will provide you with a comprehensive Strategic Planning Report highlighting your circumstances, objectives and our recommendations. This details why we have advised certain action be taken and provides key information on the process, products and services proposed.  


Further Meetings and Reviews
Together, we will review the Strategic Planning Report. When comfortable, we can implement the relevant advice. We will then agree an appropriate review process in order that your requirements and ongoing plans are current and professionally managed.
